Building has always been the constant. As a kid, the first Saturday of every month meant the Home Depot kids’ workshop, and the rest of my time went to models and whatever else I could build by hand.
Then the material changed. Screws and brackets became pixels and logic. What hooked me was how forgiving the digital medium is: you can chase an idea through a dozen forms before landing on the right one. Iteration stopped being a chore and became the part I love most.
These days, I’m most excited by how AI is reshaping software, turning it from something we operate into something we collaborate with. Hard to imagine a better time to be building.
